Forgot Encoder IP or web GUI password

Press and hold "Hardware Reset" button around 8 seconds, then release, reset works. "Reset" contains:

1. IP reset to the default, for example, TBS2604 V2, IP will be reset to 192.168.1.168
2. Web GUI password reset to the default, for example, TBS2604 V2, the password will be reset to "admin"
3. Encode configurations will be reset to the default (Normally, we have a small Stickers marked on Encoder Chassis, the default IP information, web GUI login information is there.)
